NIESV Annual Conference

Theme: 'Cities of the Future: Development, Infrastructure and Sustainability.’

The 56th annual conference, which will involve some programmes of activities, is scheduled for 13th - 18th April, 2026, at Ochendo International Conference Centre, Ogurube Layout, Umuahia, Nigeria.

The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers is hosting the NIESV annual conference in collaboration with their 52nd anniversary.  

The conference is a reputable resource center for professional conduct in the practice of the landed professions in Nigeria.

The participants will be exposed to the latest information to help them improve their technical knowledge in land valuation, appraisal, real estate agency, development, and town planning.

The annual conference will feature delegates from universities, institutions of higher learning, and other professional bodies, such as government departments, statutory bodies, local government authorities, and associations.

During the 2023 conference, the NIESV annual summit will be discussing all matters relating to estate survey and valuation.

Also, it will initiate and consider any important laws to support the country's economic development.
