NIESV Annual Conference

Theme: 'Cities of the Future: Development, Infrastructure and Sustainability.’

The 53rd annual conference which will involve some programmes of activities is scheduled for19th - 24th June, 2023, at Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers is hosting the NIESV annual conference in collaboration with their 52 years anniversary.  

The conference is a reputable resource center for professional conduct in the practice of the landed professions in Nigeria.

The participants will be exposed to the latest information that will help them to improve their technical knowledge in the field of land valuation, appraisal, real estate agency, development, and town planning.

The annual conference will feature delegates from universities, institutions of higher learning, and other professional bodies, such as government departments, statutory bodies, local government authorities, and associations.

During the 2023 conference, NIESV annual summit will be discussing all matters relating to estate survey and valuation.

Also, it will initiate and consider any important laws for the economic development of the country.
