Calabar International Trade Fair

The 2025 Calabar International Trade Fair is expected to be held from  April 15th to 21st, 2025, at the Tinapa Business Resort, Calabar, and is organised by the Calabar Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The event will feature local and international exhibits and products from renowned and fast-growing businesses, manufacturers, investors, and entrepreneurs.

It will provide participants with solutions to help them effectively maximise profit and reduce costs. Create awareness and socialise with other businessmen and companies. 

The Calabar International Trade Fair is an annual trade fair organised by the Calabar Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The trade show is entirely focused on developing local content by providing cross-border synergies through trade, commerce, and access to markets.

Empowering entrepreneurs through the development of local business strategies, strategic investment promotion, and increased market access is crucial for developing the African continent.

The event will provide all participants with solutions that will help them to reduce costs and maximise profit effectively.   

The Calabar carnivals are also working towards increasing the internally generated revenue (IGR) of the state to almost 5 billion naira, create up to 15,000 jobs and 10,000 medium and small-scale enterprises, and empower the people of Cross-River state with skill acquisition, market strategies, and eventually contribute to the development of the state.

The Cross River State government launched the Calabar International Trade Fair in 2016, and the first edition was held in December 2016.
