This is a very bad product and after collecting your money and you reports faults they won't return your call. Very bad products to spend your hard earned money on.

i heard of this company from friend-a very very bad product and have very irresponsible staffs..

I purchase this last year - an absolute waste of my money. It did not pound the yam after cooking it till almost soggy (i followed all the instruction). All calls to their phone numbers were not picked up during the warranty period.
