Very inefficient in the delivery of parcels. A parcel arrived in Nigeria from the UK within the space of one 1week, even after paying the customs duties, it took ups Port Harcourt more than 2 weeks to deliver to the owner. This is the height of irresponsi

Worst service ever for a courier firm like UPS in Port Harcourt. They hardly would do door to door even if you pay for that service!
