Ministry of Local Govt. & Chieftaincy Affairs is in charge of statutory functions of local government and chieftaincy matters in Osun.

Ministry of Regional Integration & Special Duties is in charge of harmonization of governmental policies, implementations and creation of avenue for a responsive government citizen platform in Osun.

Ministry of Women Affairs & Child Development is responsible for gender equality and protection of children, aged people and disabilities in Osun State.

Ministry of Works & Transport is responsible for essential public works and transportation infrastructures in Osun.

Ministry Of Youths, Sports And Special Needs handles policies formulation for a livelihood for Osun teeming Youth and disabilities through sports development in the State.
