Dunukofia LGA is headquatered at Ukpo Town which you can enter from Enugu-Onitsha Express or Ukpo Junction, & functions as one of the 21 LGAs of the state. Following towns such as Ukpo, Nawgu, Ifite-Dunu, Ukwulu, Umudioka, and Umunachi make up the LGA.
