Nnewi South Local Government Area is located in Ukpor Town and the towns that make up the LGA are Ukpor, Ekwulumili, Amichi, Azigbo, Unubi, Osumenyi, Ogbodi, Ebenator, Utuh, Ezinifite and Akwaihedi.

Idemili South Local Government Area is in the town of Ojoto and serves as one of the 21 LGAs in the state and the towns in the council are Ojoto, Alor, Akwa-Ukwu, Awka-Etiti, Nnobi, Nnokwa, Umunachi and Oba.
